Funding Requests

The Mequon-Thiensville Optimist Club is accepting Requests for Funding to support youth activities in the Mequon-Thiensville area.  Requests must be submitted no later than the end of each quarter.  For more information, please call Tom Frank (262-236-3716) or email tlfranksr@sbcglobal.net.
